This apartment is only a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower (100 m only from the Champ de Mars), and 5 minutes away (by metro) from the Champs Elysees, and other touristic locations.It is located on the 1st floor (American 2nd floor) of a typical Parisian building.
It is just 100 meters/steps away from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel
Tower: one of the best possible locations of Paris.
From this apartment, You will also be a close to the Rue Cler Market, which you might have heard of (Rick Steves made it famous!) Unesco and Australian Embassy are also in the close neighborhood...

Apartment-Walk to Eiffel Tower This apartment
was much nicer than other apartments I've stayed in while in Paris. Very
clean, everything you need. There were 3 of us in this apartment and we
did not feel crowded. Quiet neighborhood and easy (5 minute) walking
distance to the Eiffel Tower. Close metro. WiFi and tv. The owner,
Marie, was extremely helpful and very pleasant young lady who spoke
excellent English. Security deposit refunded within 2 days. Sep Lovely apartment
very close to the Eiffel tower which was a must for my young son. The
access to transport (bus & Metro) was also a huge plus. An amazing
bakery (supposedly the best in Paris) is just around the corner and we
feasted on their amazing croissants each morning. Great restaurants
nearby - including non-touristy ones which was what we were looking for. Aug 2014 - "super
location for families" A great time for a young family children aged
4&6 perfectly located to the Eifel Tower so convenient for the Champ
de Mars Park, watched the Eifel light show each night and kids just
loved it. Local shops, bakeries, restaurants and weekly market all on
your doorstop. Would stay again and reccomend to friends & family.

July 2014 - “Paris
the way it is meant to be seen!” We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Thank you so much to
Marie for all of your help and hospitality! The location could not have
been better in Paris. We loved how bright and clean the unit was. It was
a busy few days of exploring Paris and the batobus was nice to utilize
getting to and from the hot spots of Paris on the Seine. The local
Parisians were very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this unit to
anyone traveling to France that wants to make it a trip to remember.
The apartment was very clean and compact. Lovely sitting area and also
provided a washer/dryer which was helpful when traveling with a child.
